Could switch the damage control for a 2nd BCS, but I like the extra resists it gives.
I have the small sb going all the time, giving 76 boost every 2 sec for only 11 energy. Almost never have to use the xl booster, only on some mission like Pirate Slaughter where I might get full room agro
Fit 3 ccc rigs and a cap recharger II for the small booster and you can prob permarun the XL booster.

hi: 7xT2 cruise, 1 Nos (cant remember the name,25km range).
Med:Gist X-Type XL SB, 100 mn AB II (i switch this out for an Invuln II if i dont need the AB on a mission) 4x combination of mission specific active shield hardeners (one of which is usally a DG Photon hardener).
Lo: 2 bcu, 2 pdu, 1 co-proc II.
3 x cap circuit rig I 5x mission specific T2 medium drones
if this wont work for the harder missions i mentioned, please let me know what you suggest.
My setup is in mid/low:
dg invuln, 2 gist x rat specific hardeners, 1 cap recharger II, gist B xl-booster and a dg amp.
Low 3 bcu IIs and 2 PDS II.
Can permarun the XL booster and can more or less perma tank every level IV mission.
With your ship and setup every mission is a walk in the park, tho I would personally change modules so you can permarun the booster for safety. This way you have no worries if the client crash or you dissconnect.
Edit: There is no problem swaping the amp for an AB in the slowboat missions.

Well I use 3 hardeners. 1 invuln and 2 rat specific. You also need 3 ccc rigs and a tech II cap recharger in mid. With the cap support skills at V you can at least perma-run a gist B/X xl-booster.

The only reason I use a perma-boost is for safety. I`ve lost ships to crashes/dcs before but with a perma boost that will never be an issue. With 3 BCUs in low it dont effect your dps much either.

High 6x cml 2x small nos
med 1x Large SB 1x Boost amp 3x hardeners 1x boost amp or shield extender here.
low 1x dmg control 2x pdu 2x cap power relay (-10% boost +25% cap recharge)
All is T1 cuz i have no money for fancy things. I have tested it on some lvl 3 and its crap. Need some help if i can make it to lvl 4!
The Raven will continue to be crap till you get your cap support skill up to leve IV/V. (energy system op, shield comp, energy man etc.)
Before you consider level IVs you should also have tech II hardeners, PDS and BCUs. I also suggest you use a capasitor booster when doing level IVs in named tech II gear only. 1 invuln, 2 rat specific hardeners a cap booster, an amp and a shield booster in mid, worked well for me when I started with level IVs. It should be easier now that you can fit on 3 ccc rigs.
In other words I suggest you find the best level III agent you can use and stay with him a bit longer till you have your support skills at the level needed for level Ivs.

Lows: 3x Power Diagnostic Systems II // 2x Dread Ballistic Control Systems
Rigs: 3x CCC
Drones: 5x Hammerhead II*
* I used to have some Hobgoblins as well but Hammerheads are better on frigates anyway so I saw no point in using them. I have 7 Hammerhead II in my dronebay - 2 spare.
Implants: full low-grade crystal set without the Omega (will train up cybernetics 5 eventually).
I get 971.something on the shield booster every 4 seconds indefinately, resists range from low to mid 80s for primary, 70s for secondary. IE for Guristas, I get 85.6% Kinetic, 73% Thermal.
Can run the tank permanently, im working on training all engineering skills to lvl 5 at the moment (at 4) to see if I can drop the cap charger for another hardner before I attempt Enemies Abound 5/5 again :)
EDIT: forgot my shield boost amp!
You can probably permarun that tank with 3 BUCs and 2 PDS in low. Dont make to much of a difference but every litttle bit counts! :)
